Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Toki Agent platform, chatbot widgets, or API services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
2. Use of Chatbot Agents
Toki Agent provides AI-powered chatbot solutions. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for the content (knowledge base) you upload.
- You agree not to use the bot to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
- We reserve the right to suspend bots that violate our usage policies.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Liability & Rights
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Toki Agent and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Toki Agent be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
